Company Overview
Strategy Magazine, LLC, a media firm, produces a magazine and online content for business professionals that focuses on international business, real estate, strategy, management, finance, accounting, information technology, supply chain management, and other business topics. The Company was founded in August of 2007 and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Every magazine we publish will clearly, concisely convey what you need to know to stay current and succeed in business. The magazine and web site will:

  • Highlight current macroeconomic events and discuss their potential impact on tomorrow´s business environment;
  • Debate input assumptions driving business forecasts and macro trends;
  • Shed light on "grey" business practices;
  • Analyze the economic impact of environmentally friendly strategies;
  • Summarize the latest developments out of academia and regulatory bodies; and
  • Conclude how each of these concepts, events or practices will impact business and conclude how you can create business strategies to maximize value for your company.
Our Market Defined and Strategy Outlined

The United States offers an exciting opportunity within the media industry. The current media conglomerates are ignoring a vast and untapped market because they do not understand the needs of business professionals. Specifically, most business professionals have difficulty staying current within their disciplines due to a constrained resource–time. Under the current paradigm, most business professionals do not have enough time to read the news paper, academic journals, regulatory white papers and analyst research to stay current within their discipline.

Our vision is to establish Strategy Magazine as the premier tool for business professionals to stay current within their disciplines as they move through their professional careers. In order to best service business professionals and become the leader within the business magazine industry, Strategy Magazine has implemented the following strategy:

  • Introduce Strategy Magazine to the market by leveraging our interactive web site, while working towards a long term distribution solution which would allow Strategy Magazine to be sold across the United States in various retail locations (i.e. grocery stores and coffee shops).
  • Create value for business professionals by (a) highlighting current macroeconomic events and discuss their potential impact on tomorrow´s business environment, (b) debating input assumptions driving business forecasts, (c) shedding light on some of the "grey" business practices, (d) analyzing the economic feasibility of environmentally friendly alternatives, (e) summarizing the latest developments out of academia and regulatory bodies, and (f) concluding how each of these concepts, events or practices could/should/will impact everyday business.
  • Maintain compressed but dynamic strategic business structure which empowers team to evolve Strategy Magazine´s content without the burdens of overwhelming bureaucracy. Align the individual incentive structure with the overall organizational objectives. Lastly, senior management intends to evaluate incentive structure and work to foster a creative and energetic work environment.
